Presentation

Depending on the scope of the project, the next step is to create prentation drawings and models. These are used to convince the financiers, the architectural review commission, and in California, the Pacific Coast Commission.

The following are some presentation models I created for this project. Most of the presentation drawings have been lost.

I did the models on a contract basis (beyond my regular work schedule) through my company MondeGraph - the precursor GraphComp. The models were completed during a weekend - I charged $1500US (in 1980), which was considerably more than what I normally received as a junior designer in the firm <grin>.
