In a single year as VPE of Photoloft, I transformed our engineering/production teams from simply maintaining a single destination photo-sharing site - into a B2B organization deploying over 20 new custom-branded sites per month.

Club Photo 2000-2002

As VPE of Club Photo, I built an organization comprised of several engineering teams:

  • Print production & Shipping
  • Desktop applications
  • Server farm IS & Support
We became the first profitable photo-sharing site in the industry - combining revenues from membership subscriptions, prints and photo-gifts. Club Photo continues to be profitable today - and remains a stable site with just a couple of maintenance engineers.
